A fractional executive runs three or four engagements at once, each with its own scope, sponsor, cadence and renewal date. The record of what was agreed, what changed and what it was worth usually lives in a mix of documents, threads and memory. At renewal, that record is what you're judged on.
FEOS keeps it in one place: discovery and qualification, the statement of work, an engagement health score, a governance register that tracks authority erosion as it happens, weekly and monthly briefs, a value ledger, and the renewal clock for every client.
It's a single HTML file. You open it in your browser. There is no account, no server, no subscription and no company holding your client data.
Everything is encrypted with a passphrase only you have. The data sits in your browser's own storage on your own device.
Verified: with a workspace loaded, client names do not appear anywhere in the browser's storage files on disk. The stored values are ciphertext.
The tradeoff is real and worth stating plainly: there is no recovery. Nobody can reset your passphrase, because nobody else holds anything. Export a backup and keep it somewhere safe.
FEOS implements The Fractional Operating Standard v1.0 — a published doctrine for running a fractional practice: audit anchors, governance response tiers, the renewal clock, the value ledger. The Standard is free, and there's a free scorecard that implements two of its instruments in about three minutes.
Read the Standard first. If the doctrine doesn't match how you work, the software won't either.
FEOS isn't on sale yet. It's finished and in final hardening: a set of data-safety fixes has to pass before I'll take money for something that holds your client record.
